Contract/Health Guarantee

Buyer assumes all responsibility for the health, proper socialization and continual professional training of puppy. Buyer is responsible for all veterinary/training charges for the puppy after the puppy changes hands. Seller is in NO WAY responsible for ANY veterinary bills, surgeries/testing once puppy leaves sellers premises.
-Seller guarantees the health of heart, hips and elbows for  3 years from date of birth. If heart, hips or elbows fail prior to 3 years of age buyer must provide Veterinary proof before any refund is issued. This guarantee does not promise a good OFA score.
-Buyer agrees not to hold breeder responsible for any injury or damages that the puppy may cause to property or person. I understand that all interaction with children should be supervised.
-Seller does not guarantee that said dog will become a show/breeding/sport dog in the future.
-The puppy is purebred Rottweiler register-able with American Kennel Club, seller promises to provide buyer with all necessary paperwork to register with AKC.
-Dog is being sold for the amount of :$______________ to be paid in full before the dog leaves the seller possession.
-Puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at time of purchase.
-Puppy will be up to date on vaccinations and wormed at time of purchase.
-Puppy will have passed a veterinary examination.
-We recommend the puppy see the buyers vet within 72 hours. If vet deems puppy unfit for sale documentation must be sent to the seller within 14 days for the health guarentee to be honored.
-This guarantee does NOT cover health issues caused by abuse or neglect.
-This guarantee does NOT include minor illness and health issues such as internal or external parasites, colds, allergies or umbilical hernias. However breeder promises to disclose any know health issues prior to sale.
-Seller does not guarantee temperament; proper training is responsibility of the buyer.

By signing this contract the buyer understands and agrees to abide by its content in full. I am fully satisfied with my puppy at the time of purchase. I have received the proper AKC registration papers from the seller. I understand that under NO circumstances will the seller replace and AKC registration papers pertaining to this dog if they become lost, stolen or destroyed. I/we have read the contract in full, understand its contents and I/we hereby agree.
